Cupcake Rambling - Part 2
I call this
LISYA'S CUPPY>
Sebelum dia datang lagi dah janji nak buat cuppies dengan dia. She calls every cupcakes as "Cake Majam (Mak Jang)" So as soon as she arrived, dah tunjuk dia mana mjang punya pantry, semua barang2 baking dah ada kat situ and even semua bahan2 for cake decoration yang ada dalam fridge (so dia tau where everything is) Tapi dah pesan, kena masuk tido dulu before boleh buat cake.
Next morning, the first thing dia cakap..."Majam, Sya dah tido" (meaning it's time for baking)...we started after breakfast anyway...she chose all the ingredients and we finally pilih 2 flavours...PEANUT BUTTER with chocolate chips, strawberry chips and raisins...the second flavour was Orange with Chocolate chunks (this one now officially becoming Lisya's Cuppy)

She helped all the way...this one is the peanut butter flavour, dia sengaja letak that chocolate chips and raisins lebih2 so that dia boleh makan later

Lisya with her freshly baked cuppies
Here's the ingredients:
1 buku butter (yg 250 gms)
3 eggs
1 cup fine granulated sugar (boleh reduce to 3/4 cup sugar, kalau tak suka manis)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
3 tblspoon orange sunquick
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks (amik jer chocolate buku and chop)
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Beat butter dengan gula sampai creamy, then add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and baking powder, campur sunquick and kacau lagi, add flour one cup at a time and alternate it with some milk (buat sampai habis) last baru masukkan chocolate chunks dan gaul saja...we just want the chocolate to melt masa baking jer...for toppings we use chocolate ganache and decorate it with fondant...tak pun buat cream cheese topping jer...so here's the end result...By the way, fill the cup 3/4 penuh...I tak suka sangat cake yang naik macam dome kalau nak hias dengan cream cheese or ganache...kalau buat muffin tak pa...yg ni pun nampak terkurang sikit sebab dia orang isi half the cup jer

That fondant flower semua Lisya yang buat, she calls the 'heart' shape as "I Love U" ... for a three year old, this is a good beginning
