Lepat Pisang

A simple dessert maybe to some of us, but not to others especially when you live in an area where you can't find any banana leaf.... I just love this sweet dessert prepared by my sister-in-law's mom (I call her Makcik or sometimes Tok Mak) and she can easily whip some in no time....sorry no exact recipe...just some fresh bananas, sugar, and a bit of flour...those are the basic ingredients and I wasn't sure if she added any other ingredients to the lovely dessert.

Place them in a steamer...steam for about 20 mins



We took a lot home that day...(who cares hahaha!!!)...they were still warm after that 3 hour journey home...and didn't take that long to finish all of them...they were sweet, soft and yummy!!
